How to use: 
Dandelion root is usually dried, ground, and used as a tea or coffee substitute. Making dandelion root tea is simple.

1. Pour 8oz freshly boiled water over 1-2 teaspoons of dandelion root.
2. Steep & Cover for 10-15 minutes.
3. Strain & remove the roots from the tea. 

Enjoy up to 3 cups per day. Best if taken daily for 2 weeks followed by a 1 week break. Recommended for adult use only.
