How to Use

HOT: Pour 8-12oz of hot water (212F) over 1 tea bag. Steep 3-4 minutes, let cool then enjoy. If desired, stir in sweetener (agave or honey) while the tea is still warm, let cool then enjoy!

COLD: Steep 2 tea bags in 8oz of boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Let cool, pour over ice, top with milk and sweetener of your choice. Sip & enjoy!
