Placing A Wholesale Order—No Minimum After Initial Order
We require your first order to be for a minimum of $50. We do not require a minimum order on subsequent orders.
If you are shipping your orders to Ohio or within Tennessee, you will be charged tax on your orders unless you have filed proof of your tax exemption with us. Sales tax will be charged until receipt of your seller’s permit.
Add-Ons: Once an order is entered it is not possible to change or add to it. Please check your order carefully before completing.
Back Orders: We do not accept back orders. Please reorder out-of-stock items with your next order.
Exports: At this time, we only export to Canada and United States territories.
Holidays: Just Tea will be closed on these holidays: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. You can continue to place your orders with us online, but they will not be processed until the following business day.
- Online orders for wholesale customers must be paid by credit card or have a company check sent in to prepay.
- Company Checks: Checks should be made out to Just Tea LLC. New customers may request approval to prepay orders with a company check (without a 10-day hold for check clearance). Please allow 3 to 10 days for processing. Orders must be placed by phone at 931-252-5259 if you would like to prepay by check. PLEASE NOTE: Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 fee.
- Company Credit Terms: Just Tea is not accepting credit term applications at this time.
Shipping & Handling
Free shipping on orders of $250 or more, shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders of $400 or more shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada are shipped free. Just Tea reserves the right to select the carrier when paying for the freight.
To expedite your order, we can ship via UPS 1-, 2-, or 3-day air. You will be responsible for additional air freight charges.
Quantity Price Breaks
When logged into your wholesale account, you will be able to see all standard wholesale price breaks for each item on the corresponding product page. Pricing for larger quantities is available upon request, please contact us for more information.
Same Day Shipping
All orders received by 12:00 p.m. PST, Monday-Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the next working day. Orders for bulk quantities of 25 lbs or more of a particular item ship separately and may be delayed 24 hours. For UPS delivery times, please refer to the map below, indicating the estimated number of weekdays for ground shipping.
Simple Returns & Credits
We not only guarantee the quality of our products, but we also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that, with your assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement, whichever you prefer. However, we do not refund special order items or shipping charges. Nevertheless, we will be happy to provide you with a return label to cover any return shipping fees.
To ensure that your returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide the order number, invoice number, and a brief reason for the return. Please follow instructions and requirements listed below:
1. Customer Service must approve all returns and will do so by issuing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be marked on the outside of each box. Please call us at 931-252-5259 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday to obtain an RMA number. For your convenience, once a return has been authorized, we will also provide you with a printable UPS return shipping label via email.
2. To receive full credit, you must contact Customer Service within 60 days of the invoice date. No credit or returns are allowed after 60 days.
3. No returns will be accepted for close-out items.

We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. We strongly recommend that you always inspect your shipment before signing. If any exterior damage is visible, we recommend you not accept the shipment; and, if there is interior damage, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.

To request permission to use the photos on our site, please email us at www.just-t.com. To speed up your inquiry, please include a brief description of how and where you would like to use our photos, as well as which photos your request pertains to.
Certificates of Analysis are available for most of our 1 lb bulk products only. C of A’s are not available on 4oz pouches or smaller packaged items, and may not be available for other products. If C of As are important to you, please contact us to discuss your needs and verify availability before placing an order.
